Since 1978, in over 40 years, our group has successfully completed and handed over real estate projects totalling 4 million square feet. The current projects on hand are 2 million square feet and are at various stages of construction. The future projects are planned at Goregaon, Malad, Thane, Boisar, and Lonavala. Ashish Group was founded by Mr. Girdharilal Vaid. He had a rich experience of over 55 years in Commerce and Industry. He founded the real estate Division in 1978 with the first project "Shuchidham" on Film City Road, Goregaon. He was a patron of art and literature, and was involved in several social causes and charitable institutions. His principles and disciplinarian guidelines continue to motivate and guide us forward in our journey of development. He always believed that providing more than what was promised to the purchasers was a permanent advertisement for the group. Mr. Ashish Vaid is the son of Mr. Girdharilal Vaid. He has been involved with the Group since 1986. He has an experience of over 3 decades in real estate development, and has successfully executed all the projects developed by the Group. Mr. Ashish has also been involved in business associations and social activities in Mumbai city throughout his career. On the business side, he has been the President of IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (‘19-’20). On the social side, he has been the President of Rotary Club of Bombay (‘08-’09). Additionally, he is on the board of several companies and charitable trusts. His deep knowledge and experience, in business and industry, assure sound decision making and continued success.
